An All-Star Hockey/Football player in High School Marc then won 4 state titles in New York including the Golden Gloves, Empire State Games and AAU, he then became a member of the US Boxing team.

He enjoyed success in professional wrestling with WCW and WWE as the World Television and Intercontinental champion as the character Johnny B Badd and Wildman / Marvelous Marc Mero for 14 years.

After numerous injuries and 8 surgeries Marc's career came to a halt. Marc turned his life around with High Intensity strength training, which he now calls "Body Slam" Thanks to his training and healthy eating Marc has increased his strength, stamina and endurance.  Made a successful comeback at 46 years young!
